Does a confidentiality clause go out the window once a crime has been committed by an employer? - employees confidentiality clauses

If an employee who has signed a confidentiality agreement is a victim of crime at work and ask that (the reports and additional relevant information about the crime to the authorities of the sensitive information to the employer) the employee believes that the violation of the contract, and if so, what are the chances of your employees in hot water?

Zero.

Confidentiality agreements are oriented information leak to a competitor or any other body that threatens to keep the companies in intellectual property.

Have to give this information to the authorities, is not the same.
