I have a product that is intended for children, and would Disney characters (the princesses) as. How to use the process of acquiring permission to use her images on my product or I can run for the products of my pre-Disney-use, and later the sale?

You need to contact the Disney Consumer Products Division.
Enter the IP address of Disney corp. Do not use clip art in their products and then try to sell them. Disney is more protective of their property, and for good reason!
